Sarah Keadle

Sarah grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada, where she represented the Canadian National Soccer Team from U15 to U19. She went on to an illustrious collegiate soccer career at Wake Forest University, earning All-ACC honors three times, captaining the team for two years, and graduating as the program’s all-time leading goal scorer. Post-college, Sarah played with the New England Mutiny in the WPSL for two seasons, reaching the National Finals in 2007.

Sarah’s commitment to the game extends beyond her playing days. She holds a Canada Soccer Provincial B-License and has spent four years coaching recreational and club soccer in Massachusetts. After moving to San Luis Obispo in 2016, Sarah became a professor in Kinesiology and Public Health at Cal Poly. In recent years, she’s focused on coaching her two sons in AYSO and club soccer.

Now, Sarah is excited to broaden her impact by joining JOGA Bonito, bringing her expertise and passion to our talented 2011 girls’ team. This spring, she will gradually step into her role, attending one practice per week to observe, analyze the team’s dynamics, and offer support where needed. Looking ahead to the fall season, we anticipate a seamless transition into a more traditional assistant coach position, ensuring a strong and collaborative fit for everyone involved.
